Palms to Passion

Saturday 28th March in United Reformed Church, Darlington

Palms to Passion Pilgrim Voice, a community choir based in Northumberland, presents ’Palms to Passion’, a contemporary 2hr musical with 14 original scores.

The group initially formed in 2024 to create this production for Easter and it brings together singers from across the region.

Written and directed by Martin Colam, the production is set in context between events over 2000 years ago and with music and media which represents the present day.
It tells of the final seven days of Jesus’ life through rock, pop, jazz and blues and Pilgrim Voice welcomes everyone to share in this unique musical experience.

Performances: 2.00.p.m. and 6.00 p.m.
